Today, July 24th, is Self-Care Day!

Practice self care today by taking time to do something just for you; something that “recharges” you!

We challenge you to try one of the suggestions below:

– Read a book

– Take a nap

– Have a snack

– Play music

– Watch a movie

– Stay in or go out

– Spend time with loved ones

– Ground yourself (pray, meditate, yoga, etc.)

– Do a hobby/play a game
