The Tri-County Wellness Clinic is a community health and wellness clinic. We offer patient-centered support through clinical healthcare services and education. We provide services for women and members of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community who do not have a family physician and/or women who are seeking women’s specific health care that they do not feel comfortable/safe seeking from their male primary care physician.
We offer same day non-urgent appointments by phone call only.

There is no referral needed, self referrals are accepted. Please note that all clinics are safe zones.
