MORPH represents the strength, resilience, and support needed to move forward on the journey toward healing and empowerment after sexual trauma.

By connecting with others who have experienced similar trauma and working alongside trained facilitators, participants can begin their healing journey in a safe and supportive space.

This group provides a safe and supportive space for participants to better understand their natural responses to trauma and develop practical coping skills to manage them. Along the way, members have the opportunity to build meaningful connections, feel seen and understood, and cultivate greater compassion for themselves and others.

Additional goals of this group include…

– Easing feelings of shame

– Lessening feelings of isolation

– Encouraging self-confidence and empowerment

– Demonstrating healthy relationship dynamics

– Fostering self-awareness

We recognize that accessible, culturally sensitive programming is essential to meaningful healing.

Everyone’s experience with trauma is unique, and so is the way each person moves forward. MORPH does not promote a single path to healing or empowerment – instead, it honors each individual’s right to define what healing looks like for them.
