International Women’s Day Letter Writing Campaign – March 3 to March 6, 12PM to 1PM: Stop by the centre from March 3 to March 6, 12PM to 1PM, and join our letter writing campaign to advocate for women’s issues! Letter drafts, snacks & solidarity will be available.
Stitch ‘n Bitch – March 4, 10AM to 11AM & March 18, 1:15PM to 2:15PM: Join us at the Tri-County Women’s Centre with your “stitching” crafts (sewing, cross-stitch, embroidery, crochet, knitting, etc.) for this “Stitch ‘n Bitch” meet-up! Any level of skill is welcome to come and socialize at this new monthly group.
Food Program – March 24, 10AM to 1PM: The “Food Program” has four slots available per month/program and takes place at the Tri-County Women’s Centre. This group will come together to cook and eat a meal together… If there are any leftovers, they will be packaged for the community!
Income Tax Clinic – March 20 & March 25: Our Income Tax Clinic is by appointment only for low income women and their families. If you would like to schedule an appointment please call 902-742-0085 from Monday to Thursday, 9AM to 4PM.
